BITSAT: Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates should have passed the 12th examination from a recognized board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. For B.Pharm, candidates with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology are also eligible.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates must have secured a minimum aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in 12th grade, with at least 60% in each subject.
BITSAT: Admission Process
- Application: Candidates need to apply for BITSAT online by registering on the official website, filling in the application form, and paying the requisite fee.

BITSAT: Counseling Process
- Registration: Candidates who have appeared for BITSAT and are eligible for admission can apply for counseling by registering online.
- Choice Filling: After registration, candidates need to fill in their choices of courses and campuses based on their preferences.
- Iteration Rounds: BITSAT counseling comprises multiple iteration rounds. In each iteration, seats are allotted based on the candidate’s BITSAT score, preferences, and availability of seats.
- Seat Allotment: Candidates are allotted seats based on their merit and preferences. After seat allotment, candidates need to pay the admission fee to secure their seat.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must submit their original documents for verification at the designated centers. This includes academic certificates, BITSAT scorecard, photo ID proof, etc.
- Confirmation of Admission: Once the documents are verified, and the fee is paid, the admission is confirmed, and candidates can proceed with further instructions from the institute.
