    AP LAWCET: Admission & Eligibility

    Eligibility Criteria:

    For LL.B. 3 Year Program:

    • Candidates must have completed their graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
    • They should have scored a minimum aggregate of marks in their qualifying examination (as specified by the university).

    For LL.B. 5 Year Program:

    • Applicants should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized board.
    • They must have secured the minimum qualifying marks in the examination.

    Admission Process:

    • Application: Candidates need to fill out the online application form available on the official website of AP LAWCET within the specified time frame.
    • Admit Card: Admit cards are issued to eligible candidates after successful registration. This card contains important details like exam date, time, and venue.
    • Entrance Exam: Applicants have to appear for the AP LAWCET exam, which includes sections on General Knowledge and Mental Ability, Current Affairs, Aptitude for the Study of Law.

    AP LAWCET: Registration Process

    1. Visit the Official Website: Access the official website of AP LAWCET.
    2. Online Registration: Look for the ‘Registration’ or ‘Apply Online’ link on the website’s homepage. Click on it to start the registration process.
    3. Fill in Details: You’ll be required to provide various details such as personal information (name, date of birth, address), educational qualifications, valid email ID, and mobile number. Make sure to enter accurate information.
    4. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of documents as specified, such as photograph, signature, and other required documents in the prescribed format and size.
    5. Fee Payment: Pay the application fee using the available payment options (credit/debit card, net banking, etc.). The fee amount may vary based on category and the program you’re applying for (3-year LL.B. or 5-year LL.B.).
    6. Submit Application: After completing all the required fields and uploading documents, review the application thoroughly. Ensure all the information provided is accurate before submitting the form.

    AP LAWCET: Document List

    1. Application Form: A filled-in application form with all the necessary details provided accurately.
    2. Educational Certificates:
      • Mark sheets and certificates of qualifying examinations (10+2 for LL.B. 5 Year / Graduation for LL.B. 3 Year).
      • Provisional or degree certificates from the respective educational institutions.
    3. Category Certificate: If applying under any reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), candidates might need to provide the relevant category certificate issued by the competent authority.
    4. Domicile Certificate: Proof of residency in Andhra Pradesh, usually required for claiming local or state quota seats.
    5. Admit Card and Score Card: Admit card and the scorecard of the AP LAWCET exam.
    6. ID Proof: Any government-issued photo identification proof such as Aadhar card, Passport, Driving License, etc.

    AP LAWCET: Counseling Process
